Strategic Direction Setting

The Company
Since 1989, Today's Technology Marketing Group has been providing information systems solutions and services for clients.

The Task
In collaboration with the owner we:

  • Identified the key organizational values and developed these into vision and mission statements.
  • Selected seven key result areas to focus on building a unique and profitable business, including:
  • Improving organizational effectiveness.
  • Increasing billing efficiency.
  • Building one line of business into a strong profitable position with market leadership.

The Results
Together with the owner we developed and put into place 12 month performance action plans which target a 20% increase in billing efficiency, a 300% increase in profits and at least three new services built on their new service platform.
